3:00 PM report to the HS Instrumental Room - we will have some snacks available. You will not have time to go back home before we depart.
Change into formalwear before traveling (except percs.)
Arrive at Southview/unload/percs. change clothes

Apparently, when I was doing some security updates, the e-mail queue got backed up and I didn't notice it. I have release the queue and that is why you've gotten the e-mails you should have gotten ove the last week. Again, I apologize for any confusion I might have caused.

1. Pep Band - last 2 performances are Friday, Feb. 12, report at 6:15 PM
Saturday, Feb. 13, report at 5:00 PM
2. Jazz band - tomorrow 7 AM
3. Any 9th grader who did not have the opportunity to perform at Solo & Ensemble on January 23 may use the altermate day of March 20. Make your wishes known to Mr. Landry, by tomorrow, Feb. 12, if possible.

Many thanks to all of our students for the tremendous effort today at Solo & Ensemble. With one of our largest enrollments in years, and a very early contest date, we are ever so proud of our Bobcats. We also are expecially delighted at the great number of parents and family members who attended today. Your support is much appreciated!
Later this week we will have a compilation of the events. All certificates and medals will be presented on MAY 11 at the Annual Awards banquet.
