Coupon Book Money Collection

Mr. Simler will be in the band room on Tuesday morning 9/8 before school to collect coupon book money. Extra books will be available.
 
Remember we need each family to sell 9 books. Any unsold books MUST be returned by the end of September.
 
Also don't forget that there are prizes for the top 3 sellers and 9 others who sell all 9 books.

5:00 pm  “Call Time” Time to be in the Instrumental Room, preparing equipment, buying reeds, getting shirts/shoes/uniform details accomplished. Collar Awards.  SUMMER UNIFORMS OR  RAIN UNIFORMS.   See details below.

5:30 pm  Load up for Fostoria!

6:30 pm  Arrive at Fostoria HS.  Unpack, Conquest if room allows.

  1. Thanks to all for a very smooth first game night! This week's itinerary is very similar, althought the kick-off time is later. The itinerary is available online, as well as on paper in the HS Instrumental Room.

  1. PANCAKES:  Please join us SATURDAY or SUNDAY between 8 am- 1pm  for breakfast/brunch/lunch!
  2. Band Shoes:  If you are awaiting a “Pinnacle” shoe delivery, another  shipment will be in after 1:00 PM  Friday, August 20.
  3. Coupon Books:  Jay Simler will be in the band area Tuesdays & Thursdays starting August 24.  For security purposes, please return money on those days only.  Thanks!

  1. Pep Band:  Just In!  Any upperclassmen (grades 10-12) who are available – we have been requested to play a few tunes at the Open House picnic.  Report time 6:00 pm at the Instrumental Room – done by 7:00 pm.  Summer uniform, please!
     
  2. Thanks #1: to all who supported us at last night’s preview!  Your sons & daughters have worked hard and made great progress.  We’re looking forward to a terrific year!

  2. 2009-2010  Audio Yearbooks!  Our concert season “best of”  CD’s are ready for purchase.  They are available from Soundwaves via their website.  www.soundwaves.org.  If you submitted a form at a concert, the CD is “in the mail”, COD.
