BGHS Bobcat Band Newsletter - 9/17/2009

1. Tomorrow's itinerary will be e-mailed shortly.  Time frame is much the same us usual.  Selected upperclassmen are performing on Channel 24 for the Friday Night Frenzy - they have their information already.  Those of you at home, be sure to watch us at 11:10 PM  during the sports report!

2. A reminder that Mrs. Smith needs written (yellow forms) or at the very least a phone call (419.354-0100, ext. 1151) for anticipated absences from performance.  A grade of "F" will occur for unexcused absences.  Any questions, please call or email me.

3. Eighth Grade Visit - performing with the HS band - 9/25/09.  Details to follow next week.

4.  BGSU Band Day - 9/26/09   A schedule, with details to the best of our knowledge, is attached.  This has been on our "radar" and on our calendar since July!  Other than BGHS athletic conflicts, or other events of which I have been informed, all students are expected to perform.

5.  Your young ladies & gentlemen continue to do great work this fall!  On our bulletin board at school is a wonderful "Thank You" from a West Point graduate (from Napoleon) who so appreciated our performance last Friday night!
