Bobcat Itinerary vs. Fostoria

4:45 PM   “Call Time”  Time to be in the Instrumental Room, preparing equipment, buying reeds, getting shirts/shoes/uniform details accomplished.

5:00 PM   On practice field, whistle will sound – just like 1st period each morning!
    We will run Half-time & Pre-game, often with Mr. Hakel practicing his script
*****Hopefully, we will change into FULL UNIFORMS  after rehearsal, restrooms, etc.  Ladies change in the Choir Room – Men in lockeroom.  NO ONE should be dressing in the Band room!

6:15 PM   “Conquest” in the driveway – prepare to march to the field (not shuffle to the field!)

6:30 PM     Get into place for Pre-Game

6:40 PM      Down Field!   Fite Song; Alma Mater;  SSB;  Across the Field  NO spirit tune this time

7:00 PM     On the Track, face the field, repeat the Fite Song as the team enters!
        Take seats – smallest instruments dismissed first, tubas along the rail, percs in front
      Distribute water, get settled, arrange music in flip folders. 
      We play at time outs and at  the quarter break 
      Be ready to stand/sit/play Fite Song when we score!
      Officers & Reps visit away team – welcome them!

8:00 PM   (approx.)    Half-time!  Percs. Excused first to warm-up
            Band at the “bell”  Senior Talk, minute of silence.
            Go to away side, stay out of the way – watch & support Central’s band!
            FC’s and Kellie take the field – then the rest of us!
         Mamma Mia – All 15 Charts – Touch Out Sequence at the end.

        Fite Song off the field – come straight off to the track.
           
After the show – back into the stands, put instruments down CAREFULLY – free beverage – eat & relax.  Be back into your seats by the END of the quarter – ready to play a tune on our signal.

After the game -   Assemble on the track, make concert formation on the field, play Post Game tunes.
            Form Conquest, back to the school.
            Secure equipment – have a great week-end!
