Schedule for August 5-11

Tomorrow - August 5 - is the second and last day for music sectionals.  Thanks to Mrs. Rachel Sowers and Mr. Phil Smith for their expert coaching of our brass musicians!  Tomorrow, the brass classes  will need to end by 2:45 to accommodate the BG  Police exercises in our building.

FREE CONCERT!  If your family has enjoyed the Toledo Zoo concerts in the past, you may have been missing them, as they were canceled this summer. However, the Toledo Blade and the Anderson's are "giving back"  and sponsoring the wonderful Toledo Jazz Orchestra, THIS SUNDAY,  August 7 at 7 pm, in the historic Zoo Amphitheater.  The concert is FREE of charge; parking is FREE to zoo members and $6.00 for all others.  Many of the TJO  musicians are BGSU alums and/or faculty; some are even our own BGCS  parents! 

Monday, August 8 -  Thursday, August 11 Band Camp - Daily Schedule

• 1:00 - 4:00pm  Full Band Practice
• 4:00-6:00pm  Break
• 6:00-8:30 pm  Full Band Rehearsal
• 6:00  Band Parent Meetings in the BGHS  Library -  Monday is Freshmen Family night!
