Bobcat Marching Band Itinerary 9/3/2010

BGHS vs. Fostoria  9/3/10

5:00 pm  “Call Time” Time to be in the Instrumental Room, preparing equipment, buying reeds, getting shirts/shoes/uniform details accomplished. Collar Awards.  SUMMER UNIFORMS OR  RAIN UNIFORMS.   See details below.

5:30 pm  Load up for Fostoria!

6:30 pm  Arrive at Fostoria HS.  Unpack, Conquest if room allows.

7:10 pm  PRE-GAME – watch and be good audience for the host band

7:30 PM      Kick-Off   Go Bobcats!!

8:30 pm (approx.) - Half-Time   We go FIRST as the guest band.  Song order:  Bad Romance, Bohemian Rhapsody, Any Way  + Dance!!!!   

After the show – back into the stands, put instruments down CAREFULLY - eat & relax.        Be back into your seats by the END of the quarter – ready to play a tune on our signal.

9:30 pm (approx.) - Game over/ Load up/ HOME!

10:30 pm - Have a good week-end!

"Band Notes"

• You will receive a “stand tune” list this week.  Be sure to have these tunes in your flip folder!  We suggest put them after your ½ time songs.
• Take $$ for 3rd quarter "free" time
• SUMMER UNIFORM - It might be advisable to take your own jacket/hoodie. Rain Uniform:  Red Shirt, Marching Band Hat, Raincoat, tennis shoes/boots.
• If you become ill at the last minute: 419-354-0100,ext. 1151 to be excused.  Unexcused absences are a weekly “F” or worse!!!
