2009-2010 Band Year Wrap-Up

Dear Bobcat Band Families:

Our sincere thanks to you all for your support and enthusiasm this year!  It was wonderful to see so many of you along the parade route(s)  today!

Thanks also to our friends in Custar for your understanding of our "weather precautions" taken duringthe parade.

The uniform inventory is well underway, thanks to the Moellenbergs, Mrs. Morris, the Abbott Family, the Gill Family and others. Our water helpers and lunch assistants were invaluable as well!  Mr. Landry, Mr. Corrigan and I appreciate all who make this event possible.

Other details:  

1. Grades are due tomorrow @ 9:00 AM. If your student was absent on Memorial Day without prior arrangements, there may be some impact upon the 4th quarter grade.
2. We will be in approx. 10:00AM - 6:00 PM.  (There is an elementary meeting - for those needed rental arrangements-  from 4-6pm).
3. Store debts can be paid to us this week - remember checks are payable to: BGHS Band Boosters.
4. Instrument Inventory will be in process all week.  Summer instrument check-out is MONDAY, June 7, from 9 AM-3 PM.
