12:00               Dressing Areas OPEN for Concert Band to change into Concert Attire. Move your instrument to the Middle School Band Room

12:45-1:30       Concert Band Rehearsal on PAC Stage

1:45                 Last Minute Tuning-Warm-up in Middle School Band Room

2:00                 Concert Begins

                        -Concert Band

                                    Music Order:

                        -String Orchestra

                        -Senior String Ensemble

                        -Symphony

3:00 +/-           Concert Ends, Change out of Formalwear

Feel Free to Stay for the 4PM Concert

2:30                 Dressing areas open for Symphonic Band Members (or earlier)

3:15                 Jazz Band on stage for sound checks/ set-up

3:30                 SB in HS Instrumental Room, ready for tuning & rehearsal checks

3:55                 Jazz On Stage

4:00                 Concert Begins!

4:15                 Chamber Orchestra

4:40                 Symphonic Band

5:00 +/-           Return formalwear to parent volunteers – see you Monday!
