Policy Reminders

A quick reminder about absentee and travel policies:

Absence policy for required performances:  "We request  a phone call to our offices, rather than an email, for last minute illnesses that are serious enough to warrant staying home.  For concert band emergencies:  Adam Landry @ 419.354.0100 X 1153.  For symphonic band emergencies:  Karen Smith@ 419.354.0100 x 1151."

Our travel policy:  Students are to ride to and return from school-sponsored events in the school transportation provided (yellow busses).   On some rare occasions, a student may need to travel differently - to attend a family wedding, etc. In these cases, contact must be made w/ the directors by this THURSDAY EVENING,  to allow time to adjust bus lists.
